All greeting cards and notebook covers are printed by hand. Slight variations occur and are part of the charm of our hand-made process. We print on 100% cotton paper, envelopes are 30% PCW. Notepads and notebooks are off-set printed in Los Angeles on FSC certified stock and then assembled in our studio.
All products must be sold in their original packaging. Box sets may not be split up. All plastic sleeves or boxes are made from 100% PCW plastic.
$150 for opening orders and $75 for reorders.

6 mix and match: All Notebook styles and Planners in solid colors can be mix and matched within their category as long as the total of that category is =or>6 (example: 2 Mint, 2 Night and 2 Lilac Standard Notebooks would meet the minimum).

Orders can be placed on our site by creating an account. You are also welcome to place an order by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org, or by visiting our shop on Faire: shorthandpress.faire.com. Confirmation will be sent when the order is received. Most orders will ship within 3-5 business days, please allow for more time during our busy trade show seasons (Jan/Feb and July/Aug).
Orders placed on our wholesale site must choose “pay with a quickbook link” in order to check out. This allows us to calculate shipping before we send you a final invoice. Payment can be made via check, credit card or Paypal and must be received before the order can be shipped. Net30 terms are available for retailers with an established account.
Orders are shipped once payment has been received. Most orders are shipped via USPS or UPS - let us know if you have a preference when you place your order.
Occasionally we are out of a certain product due to high demand and supply chain issues. We will notify you at the time of your order. We can ship when the order is complete or ship as ready. Shipping charges for backordered items are the responsibility of the customer.
RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS, EXCHANGES
Please notify us of incorrect or damaged product within 5 business days of your order arriving. All order cancellations must be made within 24 hours or are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
